Congratulations to Mrs. Kerri Carter on being selected as the Cutter Morning Star Elementary Teacher of the Month for February. Mrs. Carter serves on our Leadership team, is always positive, and truly cares about her students and her coworkers. She is always looking for ways to reach her students, both onsite and virtual.
